Here are questions we are most frequently asked:

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?


We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders as soon as possible and to get them to you between 2- 5 working days (for standard delivery) but please allow up to 28 working days for delivery in the UK at busy periods. Please note this is not a guaranteed service.

 

All delivery times are based on working days, which are Monday to Friday.

We cannot guarantee that our stated delivery times will be achieved for a small number of locations within the United Kingdom.  Please allow extra time for deliveries if you ordering from a location that is detached from the UK mainland.

Overseas Customers:

 

Rest of the world orders can take up to 28 working days for delivery. Some orders may be delivered in several parcels to suit packaging requirements.

 

If you have a query regarding the delivery time on an order, please note that we aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days. Overseas deliveries can take up to six (6) weeks to be delivered depending on destination. Any despatches to BFPO addresses are also done only at the customer's own risk.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We would hope that you are delighted with any purchase that you make from us, however we appreciate that sometimes you will wish to return an item or entire order to us.  Most goods can be returned for refund or exchange, but if an item has been personalised i.e. printed or embroidered, we are unable to refund or exchange due to the fact we would be unable to re sell the item. 

 

Please return the item/order to us in a new and unused condition within 28 days of purchase with the original packaging and labels/tags.  For your own protection, when sending goods back for an exchange or refund please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and have adequately insured the goods using recorded delivery or special delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit on return to us.
